As a newly launched establishment, we are a concept that has been developed by Hospitality & Tourism consultant Prashant Kumar. The establishment is supported by a group of enthusiastic individuals who believe that his vision is sound, and seek to provide an environment that is conducive to facilitating an enjoyable and relaxing experience for anyone, from business owners to professionals who would like to conduct their meetings and discussions in a calm and relaxed environment, to travellers who would like to be healthy on-the-go, and folks who like to have that perfect cup of coffee for them to maintain their composure.

With De-Stress, Porvorim, we are closer to our goal of opening 20 stores under franchise arrangements in the next two years under 100% ownership, or with partners who can align with our vision of care for every customer by giving them a world-class service and providing the right stuff with a world-class experience.

Our promoter, Prashant Kumar, developed the idea of De-Stress when he realized how difficult it can be for business owners and professionals to find a meeting space that would allow them to conduct their meetings efficiently. Fine dining restaurants and quick service restaurants are typically packed with customers and they don't encourage long periods of sitting after eating. In such environments, it is difficult to discuss work at the pace at which one would want to.

Our customers are aware and health-conscious and on the go, and they find it difficult to find places to grab a quick cup of coffee, snack or beverage without worrying about extra calories or unhealthy ingredients. Some of our customers are travellers, and the last thing travellers need is the additional hassle of hunting for organic and fresh products when they are on the go.

In order to change this situation, Prashant was determined to develop the concept of De-Stress (A Place Where Million Dollar Ideas Emerge), and realized that everything starts with a thought, and that high energy keeps you on the fast track to attaining your goals. This was a place where meetings could take place, takeouts could be made and wholesome food would be served without sacrificing authenticity.

Additionally, the idea was to provide a place that would serve as a great meeting place for professionals, as well as desserts that would not make people feel guilty about eating, as well as drinks and snacks that were made with ingredients that were good for the consumer's mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

In simple terms, our vision is to create physically, mentally, and emotionally fit business owners, professionals, and employees committed to generating million-dollar ideas and making India a World Leader in the field of entrepreneurship.

De-stress is managed by the GYRO consultancy; its first outlet, located in Porvorim, operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a seating capacity of 30 people, along with the option of taking away and delivery facilities.
